i highly doubt this
How certain can we be that this is not a defamation on racial grounds? Can the investigators prove that they did not manipulate or tamper with the sources of evidence beyond a reasonable doubt? More needs to be investigated. The child is deaf and dumb, blind, physically and mentally impaired meaning that he cannot be relied on to testify and this is what some malicious and unscrupulous humanbeings can use so as to plunge others into problems. God was, is and will always be omnipresent. Everything is laid bare before him to whom we shall all give account. Hebrews 4:13.He will expose everything

Oh boy!
I was asking the same questions until I read the part that says that the DNA samples incriminate the man. I am not taking sides but I know that matching DNA samples put alot of weight to a case like that. Since you sound like a relative or a friend to the suspect, I can only advise you to pray ceaselessly for him.

I am doubting this!!!
Having worked in the medical field in this country, I am doubting that this happened at all. We have been victims of wrongs done by Americans..... raising no object because of mapepa thing. This Kenyan has a wife, 3 kids, reasonable job according to immigrants standards........ It will take alot of evidence for me to believe this. However, if it actually happened, then the guy is not in sound mental state and should be taken to hospital not jail. My heart goes to the parents who might be reading about this from Kenya.
